She holds a Biochemistry degree from California Polytechnic State University and a (D.O.) degree from Nova Southeastern University, with residency training in internal medicine completed in 2008.

Dr. Kang has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, private practice, and major systems like Baptist Health and Jackson Health, along with experience in the biotechnology industry.
